House rules

Four rules, posted on the mezzanine wall. They are short because enforcing them is the long part.

  1. SOLID, Clean Code and TDD as daily practice.

  2. Tell, Don’t Ask — immutability and semantic types when they model the domain.

  3. I/O at the edges; pure, deterministic logic everywhere else.

  4. Knowledge sharing and mentoring — the team improves together.

Org chart

Flat structure since 2017 — every role reports to the same pair of hands. Meetings are short because the CEO is also the one fixing the build.
